Home education help needed?

I am planning on home educating my daughter. She is 9 months old just now and already loves books. I was wondering if anyone has any good web sites or tips on the best way to go about teaching a child from an early age.

If you home educate your child, please tell me why you think this is the best thing for your child and pass on any tips you have found effective in teaching them.
I know a group of parents who regularly meet up for sports days and outings. I have plenty of friends who have children her age who will spend time with my daughter. I do not intend on isolating her. She will have plenty of association. I am not doing this blindly - I have put a lot of thought into it and I truly believe that this is the best thing for my daughter. I do understand your concerns though and I will do my utmost to make sure that this is not a problem.

Play, read, have fun. That is all that is necessary for her to learn right now. Set up a good schedule and stick to it. Also, get her into some play groups or take her to activities set up by your local Homeschool Association. Socialization is an important part of education. However, don't listen to the people who say that Homeschooled kids are socially inept. What I think about when people tell me that is the recent stories I have heard (and there are always some) about this ones daughter who is pregnant and that ones son who is in rehab. Or even this ones daughter who is in jail for something her friend did. That is not my idea of positive social interaction. Here are some websites that should help you get started on your journey...
